When is the park open?
The park is open from March 1st until the first Sunday in December.
What are the park fees for 2026?

How do we pay for our electric?
Every holiday home has its own meter; therefore, you will be billed according to units used once a year in September.
Where do we get gas bottles?
Gas bottles can be delivered to your van by Alan Monday-Friday. 2 bottles are always fixed to your holiday home with a change-over valve, this ensures you are never without gas. However, once one bottle empties, we recommend ordering another immediately to prevent this from happening.
Can I choose my pitch?
When buying a new holiday home, you may have the choice of pitches available. This is determined by how many pitches are available at the time and the size of the caravan purchased. Second hand holiday homes are usually sold on their pitch.
Can I get internet access?
Yes. We have recently updated our WIFI service on the park. Internet is accessible from every pitch.
Do you have laundry on-park?
Yes, 2 large commercial washing machines and 2 tumbled dryers are available on park. They are both coin operated.
How do we insure our holiday home?

We recommend Leisure Days insurance for our parks.

Can I upgrade my holiday home in the future?

Yes, you can upgrade your holiday home at any time.

Can I let my holiday home out?
We do not allow letting out on a commercial basis. However, family and friends are more than welcome to visit the park.
What if I want to sell my holiday home?
The park will offer market value price for the holiday home. However, you have the option to sell off park with transport and disconnection to be arranged.
How do I go about draining down my holiday home for the winter months?
We recommend that you have the park to drain down for you. A letter / e-mail is sent to every holiday homeowner towards the end of the year where you can let us know when you leave your caravan for the year to drain down and when to put everything back on for you in the Springtime.
